শবে বরাতের আমল ও করণীয়।

শবে বরাতের আমল ও করণীয় একটি আদর্শ বাংলা খাবার। শবে বরাতের আমলের মূল উপকরণ হলো খোসা, রুটি, শুঁটি, আলু, গাজর এবং মাংস। এর সাথে কিছু মজাদার মসলা যুক্ত করে একটি আলু লংকার তৈরি করা হয়। শবে বরাতের করণীয় হলো প্রাণীর মাংসের ভিতরে উপর উঠে আলুর গোড়া ও পাতার সাদা এবং সবুজ অংশ। এর সাথে আলুর গোড়ার সাথে চিনি, সুগার, লবণ ও তেল যুক্ত করে শবে বরাতের করণীয় তৈরি করা হয়।
